The training focuses on targeted muscle building and strengthening of the whole body with exercise repetitions for all performance levels.

Reformer Pilates workout (level 2)
For increased muscle endurance in this challenging training method, repetitions and weights (with dumbbells and/or weight cuffs) are increased accordingly.
*Not suitable for beginners.

Cancellation
The agreed appointments can only be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of the course. If you cancel later or miss an appointment, the full hourly fee will be charged.
All group lesson bookings can only be canceled via the app or website. Cancellation by email or telephone is not possible.
