Implerstr-Barre workout

 

This class is based on the jumpboard, where we train cardio and core muscles. 30 minutes of jumpboard training with additional weights. At the end there are 20 minutes of strength training and stretching.

The agreed appointments can only be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the course. If you cancel later or do not attend the appointment, the full fee for the lesson will be charged. All bookings for group lessons can only be cancelled via the app or website. Cancellation by email or telephone is not possible.
