Barre workout

Every barre class is designed to provide a full-body workout that enhances muscle endurance – I can definitely confirm that. Typically, the sessions are divided into different segments that focus on the major muscle groups, including arms, legs, glutes, and core.

The agreed appointments can only be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of the course. If you cancel later or do not attend the appointment, the full fee for the lesson will be charged. All bookings for group lessons can only be cancelled via the app or website. Cancellation by email or telephone is not possible.
