Trainer Workshop - New Methods - High Intensity
In our trainer workshop on December 9th, we developed some new training approaches and realized ways to incorporate them into the training process. As a result of this trainer workshop, we will offer 2024 the training unit "Hight Intensity".

New York Pilates Studios
November 2023 I took a trip to New York to check out different Pilates Studios. In one week I took part in group and individual lessons in four different studios. There were some training methods that I found interesting. I will integrate these into my training routine from now on. Starting in January, I will be offering a new lesson that takes this experience into account.
